I’ve tried a bunch of different products on my curly hair over the years, and this one actually works well. It helps my curls look more defined without feeling like I used too much product.

I ordered from cutbyfred.com and the delivery took a little longer than I expected. It did show up in good condition in the end, but I was kinda hoping it would arrive a couple days earlier. The tracking worked, but it wasn’t super clear. Overall, not a bad experience, just kinda average when it comes to delivery.

The products themselves are totally fine, no complaints there. But getting a response from customer service took way longer than I expected. I had to follow up twice before someone finally helped me out. It wasn’t a total disaster, but when you need a quick answer, it gets frustrating.

I ended up returning it because it just wasn’t quite what I needed, but the refund process was really smooth. I got my money back quickly, so no complaints there

I wanted to like this, but my hair felt so dry and rough after using it. I kept wondering if it was just me, but it definitely wasn’t soft or smooth like I expected.
The next day it looked flat and kind of messy too, almost like I hadn’t used anything helpful at all. Maybe it works better for other people, but for my hair it really felt like a waste.

After washing, my hair feels noticeably softer and not as flat or weighed down, which is usually a problem I have with a lot of hair products. My curls also seem to sit a bit nicer and look more defined without me having to spend a ton of time styling them. It wasn’t an instant miracle after the first use or anything, but after using it a couple of times I started to notice the difference more. Now I’m genuinely happy with it and can definitely see myself buying it again.

I was able to get everything working in the end, but the site wasn’t the easiest to navigate at first. I found myself clicking around a bit trying to figure out where things were. It does the job, but the whole experience felt a little clunky and could definitely be smoother

My order showed up packed really well, no leaks, nothing smashed, all good. Even the box looked clean and put together. Simple, but solid. You can tell they actually gave a damn, which is always a win

It smells really good and isn’t too strong at all. The only thing is it fades quickly, but I still like it

I don’t usually buy into all the fancy product wording because half of it sounds like marketing fluff, but this actually did what I wanted. My order was mostly okay, I guess, but one of the items was wrong. Maybe I misread something when I ordered, but I’m sure I picked the right thing. Not a huge deal, just a little frustrating.

I wasn’t totally sure at first since some hair products are ridiculously expensive for no real reason, which feels avoidable. But this one actually felt worth it. The shampoo has lasted longer than I expected, and my hair feels nice after using it. Delivery was totally fine too. For the price, I’m happy with it and would buy it again.

This brand kind of reminded me of the small natural shops my sister and I like to check out, so I was drawn in by the vibe right away. I like that they talk about using natural ingredients and trying to do things in a better way. Parts of the site felt genuine, which I appreciated, but I did find myself wishing there was clearer info on certain products, pricing, and delivery before placing an order. My order turned out fine, nothing went wrong, but it also didn’t totally wow me. I think the idea behind the brand is really nice, they just need to be a bit more upfront and detailed.

I thought the texture felt good overall, but I’m curious if anyone else noticed it felt a little different than expected at first?
